CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY CUSTOMER
Custom-made products will not be cancelled. The Company has to charge to The Customer accruing expenses. No penalty will be applied for cancelling your order before the order confirmation is received.
You must notify us of the cancellation either by calling our Customer Services Department on 0115 882 0992 or by e-mailing or in writing before the accepted time scale has passed to:

You must state the invoice number, date of purchase and product code.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
In the event of a cancellation before confirmation is received a full refund will be credited to your credit/debit card.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER BY US
We reserve the right to cancel any orders received if we do not deliver to your area or goods are permanently out of stock.
You will be notified of cancellation by telephone or e-mail as soon after your order is placed as possible and your credit/debit card or bank account will be credited with the full amount of your order including any delivery costs.
